There is not an application fee for Liberty
Lending Commercial Lending Group to review a commercial deal. Fees incurred are
general loan submission fees such as processing, appraisal, credit, etc. and
are not applicable until a loan is evaluated by Liberty Lending Commercial
Lending Group and terms and conditions are accepted.
