| To submit a loan for review, fax the completed loan
submission packet to 877-956-2690. If you have any questions, please
contact the Account Executive assigned to the state where your office is
located.
There are no fees incurred for initial loan submissions. Fees are only
applicable after a loan is evaluated by Liberty Lending Commercial Lending
Group and terms and conditions are accepted.
