Retail loans cover properties with a tenant mix that meets convenience
needs of a given neighborhood; includes video stores, groceries, financial
services, drugstores, anchored centers or unanchored strips, enclosed malls or
specialty retail space; may include selective outlet centers and stand-alone or
'big-box' stores.

Includes a full line of office properties such as suburban and downtown
single story through high-rise multi-tenant properties; selective single tenant
and mixed-use property.

Owner Occupied
Commercial Real Estate properties in which the owner, or their business, must
occupy more than 51% of the total
leased square footage of the property

Industrial
Light industrial loans cover single or multi-tenanted spaces used for
warehouse, manufacturing, or research and development; may include full line of
industrial properties such as bulk distribution or self-storage facilities.

Mixed Use
Mixed use covers properties that integrate and combine residential spaces with
other uses, including retail and office; generally characterized by quality,
amenities, facilities, strong, good or even fair location.

Ineligible
We do not offer loan programs at this time for the following properties:
Raw Land, Churches, Adult Entertainment, Residential Properties with
less than five units (1-4 plex) together or Residential Investment property
with any single family structure in the group as well as Special Purpose
properties that are designed for a specific business.
